This authorization will remain in effect until cancelled in writing. In case of a transaction rejected for Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF), an additional $45.00 fee per attempt may apply. I understand the deposits and retainer fees are non-refundable after 24 business hours upon booking. All balances are due one week prior to the event date.

I understand any fees applied towards my balance may not be transferred to another date, time, or service unless discussed with owners. Depending on the weekday or weekend availability all transfers will be charged a $75 non-refundable fee due at the time of the change.

I understand all items such as party supplies, props, food, drinks, etc., must be removed from Olde Town Conyers Studio when I depart the facility and if not they will be discarded by the Olde Town Conyers Studio staff or become the property of Olde Town Conyers Studio. To avoid this, please follow all Cleaning Checklist thoroughly.

I understand if I miss my scheduled payment date(s), there will be a late fee of $50.00 applied to my total and after every 24 hours an additional $25.00 will be applied to my total balance. After 2 late fees have been applied, a revocation of the original agreement may occur and no monies paid will be refunded under any circumstance. These fees also can be deducted from your original deposit.

I will remove all trash from the floor(s), prep area, bathroom and trash cans upon departure. No trash can or any sort should be left on the floors.

There is no smoking inside the building. I will not throw any trash or debris outside of the building.

If any balloons are released inside the building and are in the ceiling I understand my deposit will not be refunded and NO confetti is allowed. Any confetti found inside the building will result in a $50.00 fee being deducted from your deposit.
